I personally don't wear eyeshadow but ido a lot of ppls make up but everytime I apply eyeshadow to their eye lids the eyeshadow powder falls under the eye am what not , how can I stop this?

I usually put tissue under the eye to catch the fall out or extra powder to catch the fall out both work pretty well!

You could dampen the eyeshadow brush first or, put translucent powder under first so that you can brush it off, or put foundation on after you do eyeshadow
