I just got paid, and it's my last "holiday" (Easter/Mother's Day were big at the portrait studio) paycheck until Christmas, so I have a little room to play. I already know I need a summer foundation, but I also had a few things I wanted to get some suggestions on.

Urban Decay 24/7 Eyeliner in Perversion? I've heard good things but I just want to make sure. I also need lipstick suggestions!
