I just can't to seem to put eyeliner on! I'm afraid it will poke my eye! Any tips?

Try a long felt tip eyeliner! The tips are nice and soft and easy to apply. A good one is the Essence SuperFine Felt Tip Eyeliner, and you can find it at most drugstores for about $2.99.

In the water line? Use a pencil liner. Try slightly pulling it down until you are comfortable. Don't worry it doesn't hurt if you poke yourself in the eye. Just try not to scratch it with the wooden part of the pencil.
