Second. The red dress to me looks like an older woman going on a dates dress. And that belt....is just lol idk, just wear the second one!! But I think you should go for a black top as well with pink pumps, maybe some pink nails and a statement necklace. But the blue blouse is nice.

1) 1940's styled red dress, black high heels but NOT the belt or black tights (I'm not in the picture)
