Try exfoliating really well. That should take off the spotty layer of skin.

It's called keratosis pilaris and salicylic acid wash will take care of it! :o)

Yes I do have them an there a pain you can go buy those exfoiliating gloves and a glycolic wash they are called keratosis pilaris as Liz said ,you have to do this everyday I also use a retinol body cream to keep them from coming back an to clear up any spots.

Yes it did but if I stop doing it in like a month they start coming back.
