So formal is coming up and don't know how to do my make up or hair. I don't want a plain black smokey eye and I also don't want my hair out. I have brown eyes and my hair goes just under my shoulders and is a purple brown colour (: I would LOVE pictures. Dress is white at top with long black Saturn-like material pleated skirt.
