I've tried EVERYTHING to get this splat hair dye off of my scalp ears and neck and nothing works! I really don't wanna wait till it fades on its own someone help me pleeaassee.

Sounds weird and disgusting (does smell bad). Get a moistened paper towel and dip it in some cigarette ash (gross I know) then all you do is scrub wear the hair dye is. Works best when still wet though. After that clean skin thoroughly with a good cleanser and moisturise. I hope this helps for the future (:
