Is it all natural? I want to try more cleaner products for my skin.. any recommendations?

I've used those products before, I bought mine from Kit! From what I remember they were quite natural, and made a hugee difference for my skin when I was 16 and had bad acne! I had this spot treatment that was like a pink blob in oil, in a small bottle? Lol I know this sounds so weird but that was soo good for those annoying under-the-skin pimples haha.
