How to sanitize makeup.

A lot of family friends are asking me to do their makeup and I want to make sure I am as sanitary as possible. I clean my makeup brushes on a regular basis, but how would I sanitize lipsticks and eye pencils?

Lipsticks : if you can get yourself a japonesque its like a container with dividers that way you can scoop out lipsticks and have then all available to you kind of like a pallette that way you can just use a lip brush to dip in and also custom make colors :) anywhk or you can always dip your lipsticks into high % alcohol... for eye pencils also dip into alcohol and then sharpen after

Ok after dipping them into alcohol, will that mess with the finish of the lipsticks?

After you dip swipe dry w paper towel... it shouldn't change the consistency you are just going to dip the tip.. I used to work at mac counter and that's how we would sanatize the lipsticks :)

Beautysoclean.com sells sanitizer specifically for makeup. Gossmakeupartist recommends them. All of the above suggestions work as well, though.

You can buy a mini apart bottle from walmart and pour some alcohol in it...spray your lipsstick in wipe them with a soft paper towel
