Is it bad for you sink to use expired make up? If so does it cause you to break out?

Definitely one its not going to work the way it should, also it may increase acne/breakouts. you shoukd xhange your makeup regularly especially when it comes to foundations. ways to make it last longer are to use brushes so that bacteria doesn't cause any issues as well.
