Start with your hard eye whether its your right or left then it'll be easier to replicate that wing/line on your easy eye.

I use liquid eyeliner pen. I draw a thin line along lash line then open eye and tug skin on corner & draw a little dash (wing) going up. I then go back with a q-tip and get rid of excess/ correct any spots!
