ok so my sweet 16 is at the end of June, and I have absolutely no idea what kind of a makeup look I should go for ! I'm thinking of wearing a coloured dress, maybe like a turquoise or a purple dress, I want my makeup to be neutral, but still fun with a pop of colour ! any suggestions ??

You should make it mostly neutral and then add in some gold to your eyes I think. If you go for either turquoise or purple, it should still work! Haffun, happy birthday in advanced xP

you could go with a nude eyeshadow and add a pop of color with your lipstick :) can't go wrong with that!
