I am getting ready to give 10 free makeup sessions to girls in my area and I want to know what is the proper way to sanitize makeup? Such as lipsticks and eyeliners?

Sharpener the eyeliners. its better to use gel liners rather than liquid because its easier to clean.. and with lipsticks wipe off the top layer and then spray 70% pure or more alcohol let sit for 10-15 minutes so the alcohol can oxidize. also do that with liquid liner applicators.
