So the blush is dainty by mac (mineralise blush)
Mascara is Mac's false lashes
And the other product is not your mothers texturising beach babe sea salt spray x

The blush is highly pigmented so I would say find a big brush and use a very light coat or you'll look like a clown, this means blending! For the mascara; remember that when you apply at the base of the lashes wiggle the brush side to side before pulling it through the lashes, this will avoid clumping. For the spray; turn your head upside down and spray it evenly through your hair whilst scrunching it up to your scalp. This will enhance the waves.

I believe the ecotools kabuki is in that range, upwards of £5, try Eyes Lips Face (elf cosmetics) they tend to be fairly inexpensive and have great stuff!
