I don't know if it is, but it was the worst foundation I have ever used. It has decent coverage for the first hour or two and then caked up on my face and started cracking.

It's not. The closest dupe would be Revlon's ColorStay.

I'm looking for a foundation with a natural finish so far I've only tried rimmel london bb cream and neutrogena healthy skin tinted moisturizer.
