Could you melt a pencil eyeliner to make a gel liner?

Or you can take an old eyeshadow of your choice and add petroleum jelly to it, mix them together and it creates a gel liner and the good part is that it can be any colour of your choice x

Jenna, that's actually a good idea. I've never thought of that. Maybe you can even use a black lipstick?
but yeah, it may just be better to buy some gel eyeliner. My all time favorite is essence's gel liner ($3.95 or something)
