Is it okay if I apply bleach only on those spots? will it help or would it worsen my face?

Apply skin toner before using any bleach. thats wht I do as I too have ultra sensitv skin.

Use tomatoes in the morning..
make a mask..
ingredients: one tomato.. half cucumber and half potato.. grind them togtha and you can apply that day time more than once
and before you go to bed.. just apply the lemon juice with the qtip just on the scars..
you will see the results in a week :*

Apoorva is right! Lemons works wonders on acne marks. Just be consistent with it.
about bleaching, I won't recommend for acne skin.Lemons are natural bleaching agents. Go for them:))
