How do I use the paint pot? Is it like an eyeshadow primer?

They are so pretty but they dry out so fast and too expensive for all that.

@tara...just have to store 'em upside down and revive them just zap in the microwave for a few seconds (minus the lid). I've tried it to bring back to life one I had that dried out. You can also do it with gel liners as well (just do not add any liquid of any kind if zapping in micro).
