I've tried it. My hair is naturally curly, and the spray defined my curls beautifully, and gave a lot of volume. BUT, because it has salt, it can dry out your hair, so I always pair it with some kind of moisturizer. I use it either after I was my hair to define my curls or use it throughout the week to add volume and shine.

The healthy sexy hair soy leave in has no salt? It's a leave in conditioner.. I've had clients that absolutely love it, it's light weight.
