How do you make your eyes look bigger?

If you put a whitish shade on your waterline you will get the apperance of bigger, brighter eyes. Personally I use urban decay 24/7 eyeliner in yeyo (I loove the name lol!) but there are certain specific eyeliner pencils for brightening the eyes. I know elf makes a cheap one for around $1-3 and benefit has a more high end one called "eye bright"

I do not recommend the elf eye brightening pencil haha. It doesn't stay and well, barely shows up in the first place aha. But maybe try the high quality one Elana suggested! ^_^

White eye pencil will help n do not line the inner rim with coloured eye pencils as it will make them appear smaller.

Ahaha thanks kaitlin I've never used it just heard of it!

Like I said I use yeyo but thats because I'm an urban decay whore lool!!
