Don't have you have to drink lots of water when you take biotin as well? Also does it make hair thicker other places like arms and stuff too? Cos always worries me with things like that, that make your hair grow

The only way to grow out your hair is to change the way you eat. (: Eat better & make healthier food choices. Drink a lot of water & make yourself some homemade fruit/veggy smoothies. Exercise as well, I heard that it can help grow your hair too. Just do this daily and you will have beautiful hair,skin & nails in no time. Trust me, this really works. (:
