Wet n wild! super cheap and really pigmented. They're the most matte lipstick I've ever used, although almost too matte to where they're almost drying to the lips

Wet n' wild. There about a dollar & have SOOO many colors to choose. Their a little drying but expect that from all mattes. I use a lip balm underneath & that makes them a perfect matte

Rimmel London matte lipstick by Kate Moss is amazing! I have it in so many colours, it looks matte but doesn't dry out your lips like most other brands & is also very pigmented. It's also relatively cheap 😊

Wet n Wild!! :D They're absolutely flawless, not to mention the price is amazing! If you lose it or you end up not being a fan of a shade it's not too big of a deal since it's only a couple of dollars. Just goes to show you that more money spent doesn't necessarily mean it's any better. :)
