So I've tried plenty of times to put them on and nothing. I did my friends makeup and I could put them on her. Any good advice on how to apply lashes on yourself?

Personally, I use my fingers. I can't seem to get a grip on them if I use tweezers or an applicator.

make sure to always trim them to fit the person's eye comfortably. then apply a thin layer of adhesive. let it dry for about 30ish seconds. if your putting it on a client i ALWAYS have the customer look down instead of having their eyes closed. when their eye is looking down, you get the whole shape of the eye and then you can lay it as close to the lashline. then from there you can adjust it comfortably for them. i hope that trick helps.

I actually find myself having an easier time applying individual lashes than I do with a strip of lashes. I don't know why that is but it works for me.

I use what i learned from BillyB video on Bridget Bardot look. Put glue on lashline and with plain lash (no glue ) i start in the middle and work my way out

maybe try half lashes? they look like they'd be a lot easier and i think they look a lot better than a full set!

get the eyelash band and cut it in half and then put them on in two separate steps.. it will probably take a little longer but it will be easier to put on and you wont have to deal with such a long eyelash strip!!
