Go hit up sales at the stores or maybe a thrift store, you could get a jean jacket, jeans, scarves, vneckes or scoop necks ^-^
you can also do diy (look at youtube)
also clip coupons to say money in make up, I save $3 on foundation

If you go through my blog I have a post somewhere there on how to buy a lot of makeup but cheap. For clothes get comfortable jeans and shorts and a good pair of boots and flats.
