So a few weeks ago someone posted something about a blog that talked about oil cleansing as a technique for getting rid of acne. Can anyone tell me what that blog was? I can't remember what oils were used. If you know of another site or something that talks about it I would appreciate the info. Thanks!

You can actually use extra virgin olive oil. Just heat it up in your hands and rub it hard into your face until it starts to feel grainy. The little grains are sebum, and once you get those out your pores should be clear.

I work at a healthfood store and it really does help. I'd use coconut oil.

I use a mixture of castor, olive and coconut oil. The ratio of each depends on what kind of skin you have, you'll have to play around a bit. I absolutely love it and it has worked great for me!

Do you have to replace this with your cleanser/facewash or is this an extra treatment.
