Neutrogena does an all over body wash with acne cleanser in it. I used it when I had the dreaded "bacne". It worked great for me. Also shower after the gym because all of that sweat clogs your pores up. Good luck!

If you're willing to spend some money, go to a salon or spa where they do facials & get a back facial. For follow up definitely use the neutrogena body wash & remember at the end of your shower to do a quick rinse with cold water so it'll close your pores. & of course wash your bedsheets every week.
