You Moisturizing undereye concealers

I rarely use undereye concealer because all I've tried are so drying and I have rather dry undereyes to begin with so what is one that is moisturizing but covers? I don't have terrible circles for those days I don't get a lot of sleep.

There's a really good cover girl one but I don't remember the name, the top is blue and it's had like a lip gloss type of applicator.
