Hello im new in the beauty community and im trying to make videos and youtube and i just need more audience and cyber friends. Have any tips?

I'm not on youtube or anything but I think the first step is content. Build up on your channel and ignore the lack of hits or w/e. Then over time give it exposure. People have more incentive to join/follow/sub something if you have lots of things going on as opposed to just a few things?

Join a lot of social media websites. Its a great way to network and gain traffic.
