Because it's swimming suit season I thought I'd share this with you girls... grab used coffee from your coffee maker, mix it with lemon juice and yogurt and exfoliate your skin with it... it's not the cure for cellulite (sadly) but it does help reduce is for a while.

I read up on castor oil for cellulite too... they say it helps. so I had some I was using for my eye lashes and I have started using it with my lotion.
