Well I'm not a lady :-P. But try some color eyeshadow to make some pops of color :-). I'd suggest some gold. Would look really good with your skin tone!

Oh, girl! You're gorgeous. I agree with Matt. Gold eyeshadow, slightly thick eyeliner with a short wing and natural lips.

Winged liner, filled in brows and since the rest of your face is mostly natural you're open to whatever lip you want. :)
