I feel like my eyes are such a dark shade of blue that you don't initially notice they're blue. Any tips to bring this color out and make it pop?

Try a blue eyeliner or shadow. That will bring out the shade in your eyes a lot.

As a blue eyed person, I respectfully disagree with Matt. Color theory states that if you want something to 'pop' you put it next to a contrasting color on the opposite of the color wheel. That means in our case, orange, brown, bronze, copper all look fantastic. It make someone notice our eyes, not our makeup.

Put on a light eyeshadow in your inner corner and you can try the colors melanie said or even purple.. but your eyes look really pretty!!
