Cream concealers work best for covering blemishes, I find. If you are going to use foundation, make sure you prime the area first and set it afterwards.

Use a light concealer first to take away the redness and then apply your foundation to cover and lines made by the concealer. And when you do use tge concealer, pat it around the pimple as you want to blend the concealer out to look as natural as possible x

If it's full coverage foundation you can do it, just use a brush to dab it on the surrounding red area, then use a matte powder and press it onto the blemish. Some foundations have fab coverage and can indeed cover redness no problem. But if you want a really flawless cover try Dermablend foundation, or concealer as the ladies above suggested. :)

Try a use some concealer on top of the problem areas :) and the foundation to then even out the overall skin tone :) so you aren't putting lots of foundation on just use the concealer on any spots etc.
