Where can I find a Maxi dress for me if I'm only 5'2.

Probably forever21.. if you get one cinches in at the waist it will create the illusion that you are taller. wearing wedges will also help from making the maxi dress look like its swallowing you up.

Try PAC sun or forever 21 or urban plant or urban behaviour. Prices aren't usually to bad. I got a ombré pink one at PAC sun for $20.
