But make sure you blot your skin before applying the powder otherwise you'll have a cakey face and yea a good drug store powder is the rimmel translucent Stay matte powder

Tarte Smooth Operator Amazonian Clay Powder. I know I left out and switched a few words there but that's mostly the name ha. But the Amazonian clay absorbs oil and hydrates at the same time. It also claims to reduce pore size with continued use. I just like it because it does keep oil away and is translucent so I don't get the cakey look I get when I use colored powders. It's $29 but I use waay more than I should each day (I have to be super matte and smooth and not sticky haha) and I haven't even put a dent in it and the packaging is made so it doesn't all come spilling out when you open the lid so you don't lose product.
