Okay so I usually use pencil eyeliner but recently I bought a liquid liner ( L. A. colors) when I tried it on a lot of the eyeliner fell into my eye. The same thing happened the second time. So is the problem in me or the eyeliner? What should I do? Should I buy a new one? If yes what brand? Thanks a lot for you help :).

The problem is may be with that eye liner...how you described I felt your eye liner is too much watery..or the problem is with your hand.. you can buy a new one of maybelline or loreal.

I think it's yours which has a problem and mine is from Yves Rocher (a French brand) and it work very well.

L.A. colors doesn't make good eyeliners at all! If you have a target near you, I suggest ELF's liquid liner or if you have a Walgreens, I suggest Jordana's Fabuliner. Both are under $2-3. :)

Oh and try shaking the liner before you use it if you haven't already been doing that!

I haven't tried their liquid liners, but I like their pencil a lot. Are you applying it too thick? Because it can chip off that way. Also, I would set it with something and apply a primer below it.
