What's Wrong With My Mascara??

Why does my mascara keep smudging all the time?? even mascara that doesn't smudge on anyone else smudges on me. I used Dior mascara and it smudges. So I changed to Revlon because my friend uses it and it doesn't smudge on her, but it still smudges on me. they are all waerproof and I only wear mascara on my upper lashes.
please help. I don't know what I do wrong. I'm about to give up wearing mascara.

At what point does it smudge? Directly after application, during the day?

Even waterproof mascara smudges on you? whoa. I use maybelline mascaras and they don't smudge at all even if I'm sweating.. Wait.. do you use eyeliner?? maybe thats what's smudging and not the mascara?? that happens to me. :)

I also find waterproof smudges more on me than others. I actually find non waterproof ones stay put more, and I also use the smallest coating I can get away with.

It smudges 2-3 hours after application. I wonder why because my friend's mascara stays perfect until late night even if she sweats during the day.
yes I use eyeliner but I tried using the eyeliner alone and it doesn't smudge so I'm pretty sure it's the mascara =)

Have you tried using an eyelash primer?? Tarte, urban decay and Chanel have really amazing lash primers!! That's crazy that even waterproof smudges on you...hope you find a solution soon!!

Probably the way your lashes are positioned , try water proof.
