Formal here and makeup Yay or Ney?

So, I have been plying around with formal hair and make up ideas today. Wearing long black dress with white bust and straps. And beige fake Lita boots. The foundation will be thicker and will also have fake eyelashes. Just a bit skimp on make up until payday. Any ideas? Criticisms? I swear it looks better I. Person than this picture -_-

Pretty love the eye makeup! I suggest adding a little bit of highlighter or bronzer, the foundation is making your face look a tad too matte flat! But you still look lovely :)

I think matte lip is ok if you pair it with skin on the dewy side, or a glossy lip with skin on the matte side.

For pale people, just make sure your bronzer is matte brown and not orange. Highlighter is fine if you're pale, it isnt meant to make you whiter, it's meant to give a glow and catch the light. :)

Wet n Wild has great bronzer & highlighters that work great for pale people. My friend is very pale and she raves about it! :)
