I am wondering how to make my uniform a but more awesome, I wear a navy blue kilt, with a white shirt and a vest, sweater vest or a cardigan I need to wear black shoes and the makeup needs to be very natural any ideas.

I'm so glad my school has no uniforms? do yall go to a private school or something--where I live uniforms in school are un heard of!

Try a neck tie or straight up tie it will make satment. For something less adventuress try a skarf or a cute belt on your shirt or skirt.

Wear a 3/4 shirt and a statement necklace under the collar (gold chain, Beads, etc) baby pink eye shadow with liquid liner. Water proof mascara (Maybelline Maybelline Maybelline!) and a coral or neutral peachy lipstick)
