Waterproof liner is the way to go. essence has one that's great for about 2.50$

Get a new one if it runs/smudges easily. It's hard to fix a bad eyeliner!

Try stila stay all day or maybelline line stiletto. :)

Or try using black eyeshadow on top of the eyeliner, it can help with lasting power too. :)

Try a gel liner if you can find a waterproof one it really will not move but for me this loreal paris gel liner it doesn't even smudge or run even if I put it on my water line.
