I think that you should do whatever makes you happy. if you own something enough, you can make it look good. I don't agree with "oh this color matches this tone and this color matches a different tone".

Of course you're allowed to wear whatever you want but each skin tone naturally complements another colour. For dark skinned people I think bright colours like red, coral, orange and pink looks the best! It contrasts with the dark skin so it makes both your skin and your clothes pop. :)

Yes!! Especially on really dark skinned people. Looks so good on dark skin because the colors stand out more.

Again, wear what feels right for you. I personally love pastel anything against a darker skin tone, as it makes for a lovely and interesting contrast! Shake it up, try a few combos and see what you like the best!

It doesn't matter what color you are. You can wear whatever you want. As black people we can pull off a lot of colors.
