Hey beauties I was wondering how to make homemade concealer. I don't have any foundation or powder but I really want to know how to make concealer without those two items. I would probably use it for little bumps on my forehead and under eye circles. Thanks!

You'd have to have some kind of pigment, like oxides or somethiiing...

Well, I saw that if you use liquid foundation and use lotion it could work but all I have is bb cream.

Liquid foundation with lotion?? The lotion would dilute the coverage.. making it more of a tinted moisturizer, opposite of a concealer...
