My cousin is from Australia and has the same problem. She would order online and ship to my US address. Then I'd ship it to her in Australia. It was still expensive to ship though :(

The reason why cosmetics are expensive also depends where they are made and how much it will cost to ship to that area so some places cost a lot cuz it costs a lot to ship.
