Argon oil is really good for split ends and damaged hair, it helped my hair a lot, look it up online you can buy hair masks, shampoo, conditioner and different ways of treating your hair using it.

The shampoo you use is also important- from experience I've found that the best repair shampoo is the Pantene aqua light collection :)

Use only sulfate free shampoo, don't use heat as often and use a low setting and heat protectant when you do, and "It's a 10 Miracle Hair Mask" has got to be the best thing since sliced bread. I use the while line now. But I used the mask like everyday after I seriously over bleached my bangs and that was only a few months ago and they're now perfect.
