I've tried the zoom at home kit, it was ok..and I have tried crest white strips but I don't like the way they feel.. I know there are diy remedies but are they really potent? I don't smoke and I'm not a coffee drinker.. my teeth are just gross! what's the best high power whitener you have found?

Use a q tip and apply hydrogen peroxide to your teeth. Leave it on for 30 sec-1 minute and the brush normally. Thats what I've been doing for years and it works 7.

Have you seen your denist for a professional cleaning? You can use all the over counter stuff to whiten but it won't do any good if you haven't had a cleaning. Removes all the junk so the whiteners can penetrate better...giving the end look you desire.

I asked my dentist about professional cleaning just to give then a little more shine and he said that the hydrogen peroxide was just as effective and obviously way more cost effective.. Just something to think about, but the professional cleanings work amazingly well, too.

Don't use hydrogen peroxide it deteriorates your enamel causing you to have sensitivity in your teeth as well as baking soda I recommend starting to use Colgate whitening paste as well as the mouth wash.

I use the crest 3d products every day, ill try bedridden peroxide, but I think I need something more industrial. the professional whitening s at the dentist are like $500, so those are out for now, but you guys have some good ideas...Thanks!
