What's the best way to apply this foundation? Brush? Sponge? Hand?? Help me please I don't want it to look cakey.. And to finish it, should I use a setting powder? Or just a setting spray?

Get a £3 beauty blender for eBay and soak it in water so it becomes larger then dab it on! Flawless but not Camry

Is it just like a sponge??
Jul 21, 2013
Safa I.
Yeah but it gets bigger when you put it in water and it doesn't soak product in! So most of it goes on your face rather than in the sponge

You can get the real one, it's £23 but why pay that when you can get the same for £3

Quite a lot of people haven't even realise I have foundation on and say my skin looks so even and good and flawless

So much better than sponges and brushes

A damp sponge, doesn't even have to be a beautyblender! A sponge gives a nice airbrushed finish.
Or try a stippling brush, it'll give controlled coverage too. :)

Oh and use a setting spray, the fdtn already gives a pretty matte finish, if you add powder it'll probably cake up. This foundation is pretty specific haha!

Dab it on the face quickly and distribute it, then blend it in with a brush or sponge.

I use my fingers. something about the sponge made my face feel gross :( I think I am the only one who thinks that, haha.

Yeah you can buy 100-packs of regular disposable makeup sponges for like $3. Or invest in a $25 Beautyblender, which is just a nicely shaped reusable sponge. :)
A stippling brush is great for an airbrushed look too, Elf's $3 is really good. :)

After I apply my primer, I put the foundation on the back of my hand then dab it around my face. Next I either use my Real Technique Buffing Brush or Beauty Blender to blend it into my face. If I use my brush, I'll go over it with my Beauty Blender to give it the air brushed look.

I use my fingers. it gives me the best coverage and I don't use a setting spray but I have dry skin and don't need it.
