My sister has Vitiligo and that's happening to her but all over her body :( it start it like a little mark and then months later she had it almost all over her body. her eyes.. legs arms back shoulders feets hands.

It could just be hypo pigmentation or it could be as serious as vitiligo. You should go see a doctor

No.. it Jst happened... like when she was 4.. but my dad has vitiligo too.. all his arms are white and he is pretty dark he has it on his chin.. back.. legs well all over :/
