Need help adding straps to this top!

I am planning to wear this to a concert next month. The only problem is it keeps falling down and makes my boobs look saggy. I am not sure how to keep it up other than straps. Any ideas? Or ideas of straps I could add? Colors?

@Ella, the top isn't a bathing suit, so unfortunately their are no bottoms I could use as fabric

@Mieke I may have to do that if I can't find a way to add actual straps. Halter tops always hurt my neck :(

I think you could make your own straps in a neutral color like off white for that like braid some hemp cord and sew or glue it on.
