@Denise Coconut oil can be used for cooking, your body and hair. I use it for my hair. It helps a lot with moisturizing my scalp and keeps the dandruff at bay. It's helped my natural hair grow significantly.

Tracy yes that is the right kind! I have the wrong one. :( mines not cold pressed but it is extra virgin and organic. Here is a very small list of coconut oil uses. Love it on my hair and face!
