I lost the old 100-something color palette that I got as a gift many years ago when I was in middle school. I bought a new one recently but it's ridiculously chalky and doesn't have all the colors I need.
What I'm looking for is the name of an eyeshadow palette that would work with me. It must 1.)be heavily pigmented, since I'm black and lowly pigmented things will just look washed out on me, and it has to be 2.) under forty dollars. It also absolutely must have bright and pure shades of 3.) orange, red and yellow, along with various shades of green, blue, and purple.
Metallic colors are a definite plus, but not so much "dewy" since I don't do that well with silver sheen and the pigment of most eyeshadows fade after a day full of sweating leaving me looking bland and for my eyes will look bigger, which is a bad thing for me. I've accumulated so many individual neutrals over the years that I don't need that many in the palette.
Thank you very much for sharing your knowledge.
p.s. Did I mention the palette has to have bright colors? Well yeah, bright. Sugarpill palettes are bright, but they're a little too matte for my taste and there are too few colors in the palette.

BH cosmetics is probably my best bet, but I'm curious if anyone's ever tried blush professional. The shipping would take forever, but it seems nice otherwise.

I enjoy bh cosmetics and coastal scents products...they both have 120 color palettes with a variety of colors and coastal scents has a metallic palette that is gorgeous (I have it) and they are having a 35% sale until the 23rd!
