My lips get so chap that I can actually pull skin off of them (gross, ik) so I was wondering if anyone knew of any good lip scrub recipes?

I would focus more on hydrating them with chapstick than scrubbing them. You could be scrubbing the life out of them :s try hydrating! :)

Literally all you need for a lip scrub is a sticky substance and sugar. I have used honey and maple syrup in the past (honey is better tho) you can also add some lemon to thin it out a bit! If you want to buy one, I recommend the lip scrubs from lush :)

Lush lip scrubs are amazing but cost sooo much! You can just put Vaseline on your lip and pack sugar on and rub in circular motions. Then wash up and apply a bunch load of Vaseline and when that's dried up keep doing it! It worked for me.

I also did the scrub, honey and sugar, it is amazing! Then I put on my Eos and I went to bed the next morning they were baby soft.
